Instructions

  1. Finely dice an onion and throw it into a well oiled or buttered fry pan.
  2. Add one finely diced zucchini to pan and continue sautéing.
  3. Add 1/3 can or 4 ounces of corn beef and brown along vegetables.
  4. Serve with eggs of any style.
