Bummy Builder -FP

The “Bummy Builder” beverage is a new recipe that is featured on the newly released Workin’s DVD set from Trim Healthy Mama!  This whipped, frozen delight can be your VICTORY shake, or your post workout shake. This is not a big drink, it is just enough for you to “celebrate” the end of your Workin session.  Pearl and Serene share why it is important to have a little protein within an hour of your Workins… enjoying this delicious recipe alongside the Workin’s routines will help to get a shapely bum!  Feel free to tweak it and “make it your own” by adding some banana extract and nutmeg to the drink as well. YUM!

Single Serve

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup water (or your favorite nut milk)
– 1/4 cup TH Pristine Protein Powder (as Serene says 1 dino doonk)
– 1 pinch TH Mineral Salt
– 1/2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil (or 1/2 teaspoon MCT oil) (optional)
– 1/8 tsp TH Glucomannan (“gluccie”) (optional, does help to make this thick)
– 1 generous squirt TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
– 1 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend
– 8 large ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Place all of the ingredients except for the 8 large ice cubes into your blender and blend just to get everything well combined.

2. Stop the blender and add the 8 large ice cubes.

3. Continue to blend and blend until it is whipped up to a fluffy consistency.


Variation:

You can add some of your favorite extracts to the Bummy Builder recipe. In the video Pearl and Serene mention using a combination of banana extract and nutmeg! YUM!
