Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk the whole eggs and egg whites together in a mixing bowl. Add all the other food ingredients and combine well.
  3. Coat a 16-cup muffin tin with the coconut oil spray. Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to put ¼ cup of batter into each hole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

"If you prefer to not use Seasoning Blend, you can replace with ½ cup chopped green or red pepper and ¼ cup finely diced onion!"
