1 Single Serve Recipe

Instructions
- Fill a 2-quart saucepan 3/4th's of the way full of water.
- Add the malt vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.
- Create a whirlpool in the water using a spatula.
- Crack desired amount of eggs into pot while the water is still whirling.
- Boil for exactly 4 minutes and then allow eggs to rest on a paper towel for 30 seconds.
Note
- To remain in S-mode: Serve your poached egg(s) over a non-starchy vegetable such as Cauli-Rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of hot sauce, if desired. (For Deep S - enjoy your poached egg(s) over a bed of greens.)
- For an S-Helper: Serve your poached egg(s) over 1 slice of sprouted or whole grain sourdough toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of hot sauce, if desired.
- For a Crossover: Serve your poached egg(s) over 2 slices of sprouted or whole grain sourdough toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of hot sauce, if desired.
