Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites with the nutritional yeast, cheese, hot sauce, and seasonings.
  2. Lightly coat a medium skillet with coconut oil spray and set it over medium-high heat. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the underside is golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip, then cook until perfectly firm and slightly crisp.
  3. Smear the bread or muffin with the cheese, then make layers with the tomato slices and fried egg whites.
