This is a wonderful prep-ahead trick you can use to help stay on plan if you work outside the home, or even if you don’t! It’s so easy. You’ll end up with 4 cute jars of cobbler that you can take with you as a delicious snack or dessert, and that will help you resist other far less healthy and slimming temptations out there in the big wide world. Instructions

  1. Assemble four 8-ounce jars (or ramekins that have lids) on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the TH Baking Blend and 4 teaspoons TH Super Sweet Blend and set aside.

  3. Put ¾ cup frozen berries in each jar. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon each of the TH Super Sweet Blend over the berries. Then put 2 tablespoons of the sweetened baking mix in each jar and tap the jars so the blend goes down into the spaces around the fruit. Add 2 more tablespoons of that mix to each jar until you have used up all the mix. Tap the jars again.

  4. Put 2 teaspoons of the butter onto the top of the baking blend in each jar divided, then add 1 tablespoon water to each jar. Bake for 35 minutes
  5. Allow the cobblers to cool, then screw on the lids and chill in the fridge.
