Put the coconut oil in a medium saucepan and turn the heat to medium-high.

Add the noodles and toss for a minute or two in the oil.

Add the remaining ingredients and toss until combined.
Note
NOTE: If you leave out the chicken or salmon, be sure to end your meal with something that contains protein like a Baby Frap (page 421), Collagen Tea (page 436), Healing Trimmy (pages 427-433), or have a few Lemon Pucker Gummies, Berry Yummy Gummies (pages 387-388) or Super Food Chocolate Chews (page 383).
