Rashida says... "My family and I love these Tuna Melt sandwiches so much. They’re definitely a major “Sweat Pants Meal” in my home. I make them for lunches and even for dinners, especially when I forget to take meat out of the freezer or if I don’t have a lot of time to cook. My intense phobia of mayonnaise is part of the reason I came up with this recipe . . . I wanted to be able to eat a mayo-free, yet still all kinds of creamy, hot and toasty tuna melt! I love sliced, crispy veggies on the side such as cucumbers or peppers for added crunch to the meal and perhaps a glass of chocolate milk . . . made the THM way of course. If you want to make this a Crossover, you can replace 1 of the tablespoons of yogurt with mayo . . . just don’t tell me you did it. Another way to Crossover is to increase cheese amounts, which is what I do for my husband and little girls." This recipe is found on page 197 of Trim Healthy Future.
