Garlic Butter Noodles (S)

Looking for a quick and satisfying dish that will take you back to the comfort foods of your childhood? You’re going to fall in love with these butter noodles! Enjoy as a side dish alongside some grilled chicken or fish or eat it as is with a protein drink on the side.

Servings: 1 Large Single-serve or 2 Smaller Side Dishes


– 1 (7-ounce) package Trim Healthy Noodles
– 1.5 Tbsp butter
– 1 clove minced or sliced garlic
– 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded Gouda is also nice)

– 1 Tbsp lemon juice
– Fresh parsley, chopped
– Red chili flakes (optional)
– Mineral salt
– Black pepper


1. Rinse and drain the Trim Healthy Noodles well.

2. In a medium saute pan, over med-low heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic.

3. Add the noodles and saute in the garlic butter for a few minutes. Turn the heat up to med-high and add the lemon juice, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for a just a minute until the parsley wilts a little and the cheese begins to melt.

4. Add the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (to taste).
